I have noticed five unauthorised transactions to DSSERVLTD on my bank statement. I have never held an account with your company and do not know who you are. I REQUIRE THESE AMOUNTS BACK THIS IS FRAUD

It's just another site honestly. My brother made me get it for our gaming channel. It works I guess but the UI is kinda mid. Whatever.

honestly best for me in egypt. i stream pubg mobile every day and i needed a way to get tips from fans because bank here is very slow and usually a big headache. my friend told me about this site and i try it. the virtual card is on my phone now and i already used it to buy some in-game skins and even paid for my dinner yesterday. money comes very fast which is good. verification took one day but after that no problem. thank you so much for this service it helps me a lot.

Nearly had a heart attack when the first alert popped up, way too loud mate! Spent ages digging through menus just to turn the bloody volume down. Site's alright but some of these settings are buried too deep.

Tried to set it up for two hours and the overlays just won't look right on my screen. Waste of time today. I just closed the site. Maybe I will try again later if I feel like it. 4 stars only because my friend says it’s good.

absolute life saver for my twitch streams. hate waiting weeks for payouts and destream solved that. First meet guys at twitchcon, was nice, but totally forgot about them, now found them again. overlays for streams works, and very simple, not much to customize, but basic is there. Special thanks to instagram manager - to help me setup some basic alerts. cheers guys!

Excellent for creators here in Bahrain. I was looking for a reliable way to manage my tips without going through local bank hassles for every small transaction. Registration was okay but they are very strict about kyc... had to send my proof of address twice because they didn't like the scan. But once verified the payouts are instant. 4 stars only because of the strict document check.

After my winnings were withheld, I carefully reviewed my bank statements. That is when I discovered that this company was involved in processing payments to gambling platforms which I later confirmed were operating without a valid license in my jurisdiction.

What is particularly concerning is that the exact date and time of the charges perfectly match the deposits made to the casino. These are not “unauthorized transactions,” as the support team repeatedly claims in their generic responses. The transactions are clearly identifiable and directly linked to their payment processing system.

After checking Trustpilot, I realized I am far from being the only one. Many other users report the exact same pattern: withheld winnings followed by standard, copy-paste replies that fail to address the core issue. When so many cases follow the same pattern, it is difficult to believe this is a coincidence.

It is disappointing to see the company publicly suggesting that customers should “contact their bank in case of unauthorized charges,” when there is objective evidence showing the direct correlation between the payment timestamps and the casino deposits.

Given the circumstances, I will be filing formal complaints with the authorities in my country as well as with the competent authorities in Cyprus so that this matter can be properly investigated.

I sincerely hope the company will provide a concrete and substantive response this time, rather than another generic statement aimed solely at protecting its public image.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews here about the verification process. Honestly, I expected a wait, but the KYC was cleared in just about 5 minutes. Once that was done, the platform became very smooth. I’ve already made two payouts to my bank account in GBP. The best part is there's no delay on payouts -- the money is available immediately.
